No integration is required with ARGOS Manager, as its interface is designed to allow users to upload their supporting documents directly. However, automated processes allow you to directly integrate management lists into the controls of each campaign if you wish and it is also possible to synchronize the user base with your HR software / your directories.
The number of users is unlimited in ARGOS Manager: the pricing of the service depends only on the number of processes and risks to cover and not the organization that you decide to set up to manage them. This allows you to deploy ARGOS Manager to all your users for the functionality of incident reporting.
ARGOS Manager is a cloud-based solution based on Microsoft ®AZURE. The data is therefore fully backed up (encrypted) in Europe and the solution offers a high level of security, validated by regular audits. Depending on your needs, several levels of authentication are possible, including IP-based usage restrictions.
A secure API is available to allow you to retrieve all data from ARGOS Manager, including the supporting documents stored in the tool. As your data is completely separate from that of other user companies, this API offers a high level of security.
All operations performed by users, from their authentication attempts to the handling of attached documents through the operations of data entry and management of the workflow of controls are traced in ARGOS Manager, providing a strong auditability of the process.
